The Site is owned and operated by ZRN Health & Financial Services, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as CompareCancerInsurance.com (“we,” “us” or “our”). Our agency also operates under the name Medisupps.com, and our licensed agents may identify themselves by that name when they contact you.

The content on the Site is provided for general educational purposes. It is not insurance, tax, legal or medical advice, and it does not create an agent, advisor or doctor-patient relationship. Insurance products discussed on the Site are offered through licensed insurance agents of our agency. Agents may only sell policies in the states where they hold an active license, and not every product is available in every state. A licensed agent will review your options with you before you apply.

By submitting a form on the Site, you give ZRN Health & Financial Services, LLC, including its licensed agents operating as Medisupps.com, your express written consent to contact you about cancer insurance and other supplemental health insurance products at the phone number and email address you provide. This includes calls and text messages made with automated technology, prerecorded messages or an artificial voice, even if your number is on a federal, state or company do-not-call list.

You confirm that the phone number you submit belongs to you or that you are authorized to give consent for it.

We work to keep benefit amounts, issue ages, waiting periods and state availability accurate, but insurance companies can change their products at any time. We do not guarantee that information on the Site is complete, current or error-free. The policy, its outline of coverage and the insurance company’s application control over anything stated on the Site.

All text, graphics, design and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or distribute our content without written permission. Insurance company names and logos belong to their owners.

The Site may link to websites run by insurance companies, government agencies and other third parties. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
